This role involves customer-focused tasks that require a decisive, reliable, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills across various customer demographics. A Service Technician is expected to effectively diagnose issues and complete tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Interaction will primarily occur with service clients and fellow technicians.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine HVAC service tasks independently.
  • Supporting fellow technicians in training new Lindstrom employees on service protocols and call-back prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Professional appearance is essential.
  • HVAC technicians are required to hold EPA certification and 410A credentials.
  • At least one year of proven experience in residential service.
  • Strong verbal and reading comprehension skills, including the ability to interpret manufacturers' instructions and communicate effectively with residential clients.
  • Demonstrated interest in advancing HVAC skills through self-study, company training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
  • Ability to perform under time constraints, adapt to non-standard schedules, and meet customer demands.
