Job Summary

This role is part of a multidisciplinary team providing direct clinical services to pediatric patients and their families, focusing on psychosocial assessments, individual and group interventions, and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct diagnostic and psychosocial assessments of children and teens.
2. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, following an assessment-informed treatment plan.
3. Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and execute systems-based care plans and goals.
4. Determine when to refer for specialty behavioral health services or higher-level services.
5. Effectively partner with other members of a patient's mental health and medical treatment team.

Requirements:
1. Doctorate degree in Psychology or related behavioral health field.
2. Psychologist License (Colorado) required at hire.
3. National Provider Identifier required at hire.
4. Ability to function effectively in an inter-disciplinary team.
5. Training in organizational behavior, human relations, and behavioral interviewing.
