Key Responsibilities- Develop new mortgage applications through established lead generation channels.
- Foster relationships with current and prospective borrowers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Evaluate clients' financial circumstances and recommend suitable loan products.
- Prepare loan structures and provide rate quotes to clients.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of active loan origination experience is necessary.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Must possess a current NMLS license and be able to obtain additional company-sponsored licensing.
- A robust desire to excel in a sales-driven environment and achieve top performance is crucial.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Encompass LOS is a plus.
