Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project specifications to establish construction procedures, timelines, and staffing needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain regular updates with project managers regarding any unforeseen challenges.
  • Conduct safety meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in commercial construction.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Knowledge of carpentry practices and safety regulations.
  • Completion of a certified apprenticeship or technical program is preferred.
