Board Certified Behavior Analyst
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to patients, adapting to their unique needs and goals.
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, updates, and changes in programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- BCBA certification or LPA license.
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field.
$80,000 - $85,000 annually, plus uncapped monthly bonus plan. Additional benefits include relocation assistance, room for growth, sign-on bonuses, and comprehensive medical insurance.
