We are seeking an Autism Therapist to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The RBT will work with children with autism by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The RBT duties and responsibilities include:
  • Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress.
  • Engaging clients in various activities to promote skill development.
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in all interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistency in therapy delivery.

RBT Compensation and Schedule
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-$26/hour, with a part-time minimum of 15 hours per week and a full-time minimum of 30 hours per week.
