Job Overview

Pave Tech is seeking an experienced Site Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance crew, you will be responsible for excavation, grading with a skid steer, and finish grading with hand tools including a lute rake.

You must be able to operate heavy equipment such as a skid steer, roller, paver, etc., and have experience installing drainage and doing masonry, including the installation of cobblestones and pavers. A minimum of five years of paving experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

The salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. If you are a skilled and motivated individual who is able to meet all of the requirements for the job, higher pay may be negotiable.
