**Requirements:**
* Possess strong understanding of shop math and ability to work accurately with tools, metals, and machines.
* Demonstrate excellent visualization skills, interpreting drawings, sketches, and blueprints to create three-dimensional objects.
* Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy, performing a variety of duties that may change frequently.
* Rate information using measurable standards, ensuring high-quality work.
* Possess good eyesight, manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
* Completion of an apprenticeship program and relevant journeyman experience are required.
