Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at King's Medical Group. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients and physicians' offices while handling sensitive business and personal information with discretion.
  • Schedule appointments, handle incoming calls, and confirm patient bookings in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Collect co-pays when applicable and maintain accurate patient medical files.
  • Coordinate patient transportation services as needed and assist patients in meeting their specific needs.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; one to three years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including electronic mail, scheduling, word processing, and spreadsheet software, are essential for this role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a well-lighted, heated, and air-conditioned indoor office setting.
Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
