Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Oregon Clinical Programs. This role will provide direct quality care for cardiac patients in an out-patient setting, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for adult and geriatric patients with complex cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct quality care for cardiac patients in an out-patient setting.
  • Assess, treat, and care for adult and geriatric patients with complex cardiac conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in a cardiology or critical care setting.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Strong assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
