Responsibilities
  • Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods, including grill, saut, and fry baking.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat.
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
  • Responsible for the quality of ingredients.
  • Create workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Have the opportunity to work with a world-class culinary team.
  • Minimize food waste through cross-utilization.
Requirements

Prior culinary experience is preferred. We are looking for a culinary arts professional who is passionate about food and beverage and provides outstanding service.
