Job Title: Audiologist

ENT Medical and Surgical Group is seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for administering diagnostic audiological tests, selecting and fitting hearing aids, and providing counseling to patients regarding their hearing care needs.

Job Summary:

The Audiologist will work closely with our ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive hearing care services to patients of all ages. This includes conducting audiological evaluations, performing hearing aid assessments, and dispensing hearing aids and other hearing-related products.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer diagnostic audiological tests, including pure tone assessment, speech testing, and auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing.
  • Select and fit hearing aids, including real ear measurements and live speech mapping.
  • Provide counseling to patients regarding their hearing care needs, including options for hearing aids and other hearing-related products.
  • Work closely with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive hearing care services.
  • Dispense hearing aids and other hearing-related products, including batteries and assistive listening devices.
  • Perform hearing aid repairs and maintenance.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to promote the practice and its services.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology (M.A.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of audiological testing and hearing aid technology
  • Ability to travel to multiple office locations
