We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Brightli in St. Louis, MO.

About the Job:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will provide essential nursing services across various settings, including residential care facilities and outpatient clinics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform nursing assessments and evaluate client/patient physical conditions to determine service needs
  2. Create and implement action plans based on clients' physical and mental health treatment needs
  3. Monitor health status and coordinate care with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive support
  4. Administer medications and oversee compliance with state regulatory standards
  5. Provide health education and disease prevention strategies to clients and their families
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • The ability to become licensed in additional states as required
  • Comfort providing telehealth services
  • BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
