**Responsibilities and Qualifications:**

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, working under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff.

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state and have at least 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility.
