Human Resources Strategist for Air Reserve Operations

Company Overview: Headquartered at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, the Headquarters of the Air Force Reserve Command oversees the administration and operations of the Air Force Reserve. Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base pay, you will also be eligible for performance-based bonuses, overtime pay, and other forms of compensation. The total estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000.
Job Description:
This position serves as the Chief, Force Management, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources programs for both Active Guard Reserve (AGR) and unit reservists. Key responsibilities include planning, directing, and controlling force management programs; serving as an advisor to commanders on Human Resources matters; and administering actions in Automated Reserve Orders Writing System-Reserves (AROWS-R).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of military personnel policies, procedures, rules, guidelines, and publications. You should also possess comprehensive knowledge of automated systems, personal computers, and software. Other essential skills include analytical abilities, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. As a supervisory specialist, you must demonstrate leadership and teamwork capabilities. Additionally, you should have a good command of the English language and familiarity with Installation Personnel Readiness programs.
