About the Role

This full-time position involves working closely with our clinical team to provide exceptional care to patients and ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department leadership and preceptors to develop and implement competency-based orientation programs for nursing caregivers.
  • Facilitate ongoing education and training on changes in current treatments and practices.
  • Implement new or revised policies, protocols, and initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Assess and evaluate the learning needs of nursing caregivers and develop targeted educational programs.
  • Promote patient and caregiver safety through the application of evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire or completion within 30 days of hire.
  • 2 years of related work RN experience required.
  • 2 years of full-time LPN experience can be substituted for one year of current active Oklahoma Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing and current certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP as appropriate for clinical specialty.
