Position Overview:
Currently, we are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to contribute to our operations. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process sales orders efficiently.
  • Investigate the status of sales orders and provide timely feedback.
  • Make necessary adjustments to sales orders as requested.
  • Address customer concerns regarding various issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
  • Identify and report master data issues related to sales order entry.
  • Escalate customer issues to management for resolution.
  • Initiate requests for additional information as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, and sales teams.
  • Provide backup support to colleagues during their absence.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in general office tasks, particularly in order processing or data entry.
  • Professional demeanor with effective communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
