Position Overview:
Currently, we are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to contribute to our operations. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process sales orders efficiently.
- Investigate the status of sales orders and provide timely feedback.
- Make necessary adjustments to sales orders as requested.
- Address customer concerns regarding various issues.
- Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
- Identify and report master data issues related to sales order entry.
- Escalate customer issues to management for resolution.
- Initiate requests for additional information as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, and sales teams.
- Provide backup support to colleagues during their absence.
- Experience in general office tasks, particularly in order processing or data entry.
- Professional demeanor with effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
