Job Overview

Maryhaven, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Patient Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and monitor client behavior and emotional status, providing coverage to the program as needed.
  • Report client behavior, activities, and emotional status to clinical staff through verbal and written reports.
  • Maintain accurate client census and provide orientation to new clients.
  • Supervise PCA staff, ensuring high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human services or behavioral science, with experience in chemical dependency treatment preferred.
  • Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or comparable certification with one year of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency or equivalent preferred.
