Job Summary

The Concrete Foundation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the completion of residential home foundation concrete footers, ensuring timely completion of jobs, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a crew in the completion of residential home foundation concrete footers
  • Complete jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the work crew
  • Ensure equipment and materials are sufficient for the job
  • Repair and maintain equipment as needed
  • Train crews and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Handle communications with residents and place barricades for special events
  • Document completed work and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Three years of experience with concrete residential foundations
  • At least one year of supervisory experience; proven ability to lead crews
  • At least one to three years' general construction experience
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
  • Ability to use all types of hand tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
