  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with hotel departments, including Valet, Bell, and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including generating reports and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience required, with a focus on providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel software systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • STAR Certification: STAR Certification required.
