- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience required, with a focus on providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel software systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- STAR Certification: STAR Certification required.
