We are seeking a highly skilled Conflict of Interest Compliance Officer to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our institution's policies and procedures related to conflicts of interest.
Key Responsibilities- Review and interpret the Georgia Board of Regents' policies and Georgia Tech's COI policies to ensure compliance with federal regulations and employee codes of conduct.
- Collaborate with senior management, faculty, researchers, and staff to provide guidance on conflict of interest matters.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on conflict-of-interest areas.
- Track and review annual certifications to identify potential conflicts of interest.
- Generate COI advisory letters and management plans to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three to four years of compliance, auditing, or related experience.
- Higher education experience is highly preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $61,759 to $75,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with a regular schedule. The successful candidate must be able to pass a position of trust background check.
