About This Role

The VP, Portfolio Manager - Asset-Based Lending will oversee the Asset-Based Lending (ABL) groups and their respective Portfolio Management teams, focusing on continuous monitoring of the Bank's performing loan portfolio. This role will manage all department functions, including monitoring concentration limits, oversight and development of junior analysts, and curating information for compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor borrowing base availability and portfolio concentration limits
  • Manage payments, collections, and payoffs
  • Collect and process loan documents
  • Process draw requests and manage ongoing communication with stakeholders
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for review
  • Lead a high-performing organization by engaging associates, setting expectations, and recognizing great work
  • Manage loan products, including affirmative and negative financial covenant compliance, and comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years in a financial institution
  • 5+ years in a transactional role
  • Asset-based lending experience
