Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee service priorities and ensure job turnaround adheres to established guidelines.
  • Manage the dispatch of work orders during business hours for designated districts.
  • Uphold service standards concerning schedule adherence, NTE management, IVR compliance, client documentation, and work order resolution. Maintain communication regarding job progress with Account Managers and inform them of any scheduling delays.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to assign technicians for quoted repairs and plan preventative maintenance to meet scheduling demands.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information delivery from the field, including confirmations, completion notes for clients, and performance indicators for technicians.
  • Coordinate with Service and Account Managers to schedule all approved quoted repairs within two business days of parts delivery and equipment replacements within one week of delivery.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of larger quoted projects that may require rental equipment or crane services.
  • Work alongside the Service Manager and Account Manager to organize vendor meetings, documenting detailed notes on scheduling and logistics, and following up on all return statuses.
  • Monitor technician time on jobs in collaboration with the Service Manager, addressing any delays to enhance efficiency.
  • Assess overall workload with the Service Manager to determine manpower needs for overtime and weekend work.
  • Issue purchase orders to technicians within the assigned area.
