Job Description
You will be working as a Customer Service Representative - Property Management at Invitation Homes, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents. Your tasks will include handling property issues, general property condition assessments, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience.

Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to residents in person or over the phone
* Handle property issues and general property condition assessments while maintaining a positive resident experience
* Complete resident welcome calls and emails to ensure a smooth transition into their new home
* Process Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with the Housing Authority
* Make outbound delinquency calls to residents for rent collections and assist in handling HOA violations

Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience in Property Management administration or customer service
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
