Client Success Liaison

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Client Success Liaison to join our team at Paradox Marketing.
About the Role:
- As a key member of our Communications and Customer Service Team, you will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborating with the sales team to drive new business growth and upsell existing products and services.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field is desirable.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, and have a strong work ethic.
