Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations. This position requires adherence to comprehensive cleaning protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms on a daily basis.
  • Remove all waste and soiled linens from public areas, hallways, and guest rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in hallways, public spaces, and storage areas.
  • Restock cleaning carts with necessary supplies including mops, wipes, and brooms.
  • Replenish cleaning chemical containers as needed.
  • Ensure overall satisfaction with cleanliness in all guest rooms and common areas.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Follow all cleaning protocols in accordance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact courteously with guests and staff.
