Role Expectations
*This position is remote, but candidates must reside in the Mesa, Arizona area.*
Trainee/Rookie Camp
We offer motivated individuals the chance to gain industry experience in a customer support capacity. Paid training, both in-class and hands-on, will be provided. Trainees will learn essential insurance knowledge to effectively manage inbound and outbound calls, conduct research, and assist customers with general property insurance inquiries.
Customer Care Associate Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate, you will:
- Assist customers in obtaining proof of property insurance coverage
- Ensure timely receipt and payment of insurance premiums for escrowed loans
- Handle incoming calls from borrowers or property damage claims
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Trainee/Rookie Camp:
- Receive training in basic insurance knowledge for effective call handling
- Assist customers with property insurance questions and confirm premium payments
Customer Care Associate:
- Meet and exceed established performance metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with leadership and team members
- Deliver timely and accurate support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in our systems
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
