Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will work closely with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to develop and implement speech therapy programs for students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists to design and implement individualized speech therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group speech and language interventions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies to promote effective communication.
  • Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language strengths and weaknesses, and develop targeted interventions to address areas of need.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and teachers to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social and emotional growth, and promotes academic success for students with speech and language disorders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students.
