Job Overview

Position: SAP MM Consultant - Manager

Role Summary:
As a SAP MM Consultant, you will provide functional leadership for the SAP MM-WM modules, ensuring effective solutions are delivered to meet business needs. Your expertise will support end users in enhancing their operational efficiency through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional aspects of SAP MM-WM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist end users by researching and implementing solutions based on their improvement requests.
  • Investigate complex application issues and analyze integration points between SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and drive solution enhancements.
  • Adhere to operating procedures while managing production support tickets for MM & WM modules.
  • Possess integration knowledge with other SAP modules, including SD and FI.
  • Demonstrate expertise in WM processes, configuration, and SAP EWM implementation, particularly with 3PL integration.
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications to guide project execution.
  • Understand the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle and its configuration requirements.
  • Resolve complex SAP-related support requests by directing them to the appropriate resources.
  • Analyze support issues within the functional area and propose effective solutions.
  • Engage in IT project management activities, leading project scope discussions and assessing client needs.
  • Manage project timelines and objectives, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MM Cycle Count, Inventory Management, Purchasing & Receiving Processes, Supplier EDI Flows, Storage & Operations, and Outbound Processing.
  • Knowledge of Stock Transport Orders (STO), Special Procurement, and Output type configuration.
  • Experience with ABAP Debugging and RICEF exposure.

Required Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in SAP MM/WM
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA
• Participation in at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with MDG and ARIBA is advantageous
• Familiarity with Mobile/UI solutions
