Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with outsource partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements
  • Review and analyze financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide guidance on financial processes and procedures to community managers, finance committees, and board of directors
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
