Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect shipments from vendors or internal sources to ensure products meet quality standards and regulations.
  • Identify damaged or mislabeled products, following established procedures to return them to vendors.
  • Organize received products into designated areas according to established receiving protocols.
  • Input, update, and modify purchase orders, labels, storage information, and product logs within our inventory system and HACCP program.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report any potential hazards to management.
  • Collaborate with merchandising managers to monitor incoming inventory deliveries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a receiver in a retail setting is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, communication abilities, and time management.
  • Detail-oriented with active listening and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other processing equipment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 25+ pounds.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a work schedule that includes weekends.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
