Job Summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A CDL Route Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products at various locations, primarily within a specific geographic territory, and complete tasks within the designated shift.
  • Delivery and Customer Service: Deliver products such as perishable foods, table top items, special equipment, and frozen foods to customers, and provide excellent customer service by informing customers of new products or services and resolving customer complaints.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Record information on daily sales/delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon pickup/delivery, and comply with company policies and D.O.T. regulations.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly stand and walk, reach with hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred, and one or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for tractor trailer operation, and a good driving record for the past 39 months.
  • Availability: Must be available to work with the demands of the department, which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
