Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Class A Delivery Driver to join our team at Quality Custom Distribution. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering products to our customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer combination truck to transport and deliver products
  • Drive truck to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicles in difficult situations
  • Inspect trucks for defects before and after trips and submit report indicating truck conditions
  • Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations and other federal and company required records/logs
  • Unload/load product at store with assistance from store personnel
Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • One year of driving tractor-trailer experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other drivers/warehouse personnel
  • Capable of standing, walking, and repeatedly climbing into and out of road tractor or switch tractor
  • Must be able to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends
