Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing tech company. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our financial operations and reporting, annual budgeting, financial analysis, and managing cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company, including monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company (i.e., growth, new markets, and evaluation of potential alliances, employee benefits, retirement plans, and investments).
  • Implement and manage financial controls and procedures, ensuring the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of the financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
  • Manage and oversee ledger activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Handle healthcare accounting matters in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Lead the financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Use advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data, create financial models for decision support, and streamline financial reporting processes.
  • Work closely with other team members to understand and support strategic business needs and offer financial solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning software.
  • Experience in healthcare accounting and ledger management.
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation processes and related accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling and creating financial reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
