Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced International Trade Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Integrated Resources. The successful candidate will support domestic and global shipment logistics for the Reference Standard and Critical Reagent (RSCR) Group within the Global Product Development & Supply / Global Quality organization.

As a key member of the RSCR Operations group, you will manage logistical outgoing order activities, including order consolidation, shipping documentation preparation, and coordination with internal/external partners. Your primary role will be to ensure seamless material movement for both domestic and international shipments.

You will assume shared accountability for maintaining inventory supplies related to shipments, such as TempTales and containers, to ensure proper reserves for uninterrupted shipping to network stakeholders. Additionally, you will interface with entities like PPD and other internal/external partners for shipping-related issues, provide support for licensing activities, and maintain the licensing information in the Customs and Trade tracker.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn and/or understand how materials are prepared for shipment, including container selection, shipping temperature, and packing requirements.
  • Manage logistical outgoing order activities, including order consolidation and shipping documentation preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal/external partners for material movement, both domestically and internationally.
  • Maintain shipping information in the RSCROS inventory system to ensure holistic system data continuity.
  • Assume shared accountability for maintaining inventory supplies related to shipments.
  • Interface with entities like PPD and other internal/external partners for shipping-related issues.
  • Provide support for licensing activities, including interfacing with subject matter experts on projected shipments and client customs and trade on license procurement and maintenance.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications:

  • A BS or Associate's degree in biological sciences, chemistry, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a shipping logistics environment, specifically scientific, not industrial. Hazmat Shipping Certification is required.
  • Experience with shipping pharmaceutical and biologics materials, preferably in cold chain shipments for GxP laboratory environments.
