Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Trade Specialist to join our team. As an Import/Export Specialist, you will be responsible for managing logistical outgoing order activities, including order consolidation and shipping documentation preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping logistics, preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to interface with internal and external partners effectively.

  • Liaise with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth transportation of goods.

  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices and customs forms.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, or supply chain management).

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Hazmat shipping certification is required.
