The Route Sales Representative is a key position within Frito-Lay North America, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive product line to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery and Sales: Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, and merchandise products to maximize visibility and sales.
- Store Partnerships: Partner with store managers to increase sales, order products, and maintain accurate records throughout the day.
- Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program, including four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our experienced team members.
- Route Management: Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers, while growing sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
