Job Summary

The Franchise Onboarding Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new franchisees. This position involves coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and providing administrative support to guarantee a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Logistics:
  • Coordinate onboarding training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to ensure franchisees receive comprehensive support.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of franchisee onboarding activities, including attendance, training module completion, and required paperwork.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials to new franchisees, ensuring they have all necessary information.
  • Communication:
  • Respond to franchisee inquiries and provide timely updates on the onboarding process, fostering open communication.
  • Coordinate communication between franchisees, trainers, and support departments to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
  • System Management:
  • Manage the onboarding section of the franchisee portal or learning management system, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of franchisee information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or minimum 3 years' experience in a franchised organization preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate onboarding logistics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare and distribute onboarding materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to franchisee inquiries and coordinate communication.
