  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in managing significant projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and DocuSign software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Agile or Scrum-based Project Management certification.
  • ITIL Service Management Foundations certification.
  • Experience in managing projects for state government.
