Project Manager, Senior Associate

KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to organizations across various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate, Project Manager to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Oversee the execution of pricing strategy initiatives, aligning with broader organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, identifying and resolving issues and risks as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, timelines, and status reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related communications, facilitating collaboration across teams.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, setting agendas and tracking action items.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the project management framework, enhancing efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in project management, preferably in a professional services or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in managing project documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Access.
