Job Description

At Sportsmedia Technology Corp, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Sports Broadcast/Client Support Intern. About the Internship

The Sports Technology/Client Support Intern will be exposed to all aspects of our operations department, including technical support, event management, and product development. You'll work closely with our experienced team members to enhance product value, troubleshoot equipment, and provide exceptional customer service.

Your Daily Impact

  • Enhance product value through product knowledge and advanced communication with clients
  • Handle data entry and cleanup of CRM tools
  • Provide excellent, client-focused customer service
  • Troubleshoot equipment and software
  • Become familiar with event-specific SMT products (hardware, software, policies)
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Assist the systems group with systems build and documentation
  • Build, read, and review documentation
  • Participate in departmental meetings
  • Balance multiple projects and meet deadlines

About You

  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Broadcast & Media, IT, or Computer Science
  • Strong interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact with staff in a positive and tactful manner
  • Proven ability to perform in a goal-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work with minimal supervision
