Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on fashion trends
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising strategies
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Coach's high standards of visual merchandising and store maintenance
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer returns and exchanges in a professional manner
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, as well as lift and carry up to 50 pounds
