Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and Coach products.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of store appearance.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
  • Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room to provide and support customer service.

Work Setup:

BASE PAY RANGE $15.00 TO $17.00 Hourly
