Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales through effective selling and clienteling strategies, including product knowledge and visual merchandising
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current collections and trends
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including maintaining store appearance, cash wrap, and visual merchandising
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet

Work Setup

Base Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 Hourly
