Key Responsibilities:

A Typical Day:

  • Design and implement effective, evidence-based programming tailored to client needs.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) managing patient caseloads.
  • Offer vital guidance to families to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Maintain clear communication with all members of the treatment team.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to enhance client care.
  • Review client data promptly and relay important information to the team.
  • Uphold professional boundaries as per BACB guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and regular evaluations.
  • Plan for discharges and transitions for children in your care.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

Must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be in the process of taking the BCBA exam.

Additional LBA certification is preferred if applicable.

  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for client visits.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges using ABA methodologies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Capability to bend and squat for extended periods.
  • Engagement in activities requiring fine and gross motor skills, including kneeling, bending, and standing for long durations.
