Seeking a seasoned Commercial Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects for a reputable design-build general contractor in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a strong background in hotel construction and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project procedures, schedules, and standards in collaboration with Superintendents.
  • Review work for conformance with specifications, quality, safety, and schedule.
  • Determine method of construction, material requirements, and equipment.
  • Supervise staff and subcontractors, recruit and train field team members.
  • Coordinate and plan work force and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree in construction management or engineering field.
  • 8+ years of experience with a history of longevity.
  • Experience with a reputable and quality-driven general contractor.
  • LEED certified preferred.
  • Large project experience with the ability to run large projects successfully.
  • Experience with Timberline, P6, or Phoenix Scheduling.
