JOB SUMMARY

This role is essential for ensuring a pristine and secure environment within the Facility/Warehouse. The individual will execute tasks in accordance with Preferred Work Methods (PWM).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Eliminate all waste and debris from the warehouse and loading dock areas.
  • Address any spills of products or other foreign substances.
  • Utilize power scrubbers, sweepers, and other warehouse machinery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse walls, floors, shelving, doors, etc.
  • Ensure the facility's exterior, including grounds, lighting, and parking areas, are clean.
  • Sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and locker facilities.
  • Adhere to the daily cleaning schedule as directed by the supervisor to maintain a consistent sanitation program.
  • Uphold a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent.

Experience

  • Prior sanitation experience in a warehouse setting is highly preferred.

The employee frequently must use hands and fingers with controlled dexterity to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.   • The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
