Position Summary:

We are in search of a Business Process Transformation Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will spearhead various growth and transformation projects within our Enterprise and Wholesale business unit.

As an Individual Contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to establish business processes that support new product initiatives, lead the transformation of existing systems and workflows, and enhance technical efficiencies as Brightspeed implements its new system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to comprehend business challenges, assess current processes, and identify technological opportunities and constraints.
  • Act as a pioneer in facilitating cross-functional exploration and decision-making.
  • Develop and articulate business and system requirements.
  • Take charge of issues and gaps identified during your analysis and creatively drive solutions.
  • Lead strategic initiatives as directed by senior leadership, including product launches, system transformations, or role re-engineering.
  • Enhance technical and process efficiencies as Brightspeed transitions to a new system architecture.
  • Advocate for improvements that enhance both internal user and customer experiences.
  • Formulate and implement change management and communication strategies.
  • Oversee testing schedules, logistics, plans, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide project management guidance to ensure the project team comprehends timelines, risks, escalation pathways, and their roles/responsibilities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the project team and stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum.
  • Proactively oversee change control, communicate project scope impacts, identify issues, and create contingency plans.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time updates on milestones, tasks, and project health.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise and/or Wholesale Telecommunications.
  • 7+ years of leadership or program management experience.
  • Proven track record in leading Sales enablement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree, PMP, or SCRM Master certification.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams, promote collaboration, and drive project success.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and keep projects on track.
  • Proficient in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to promptly address issues and devise innovative solutions.
