Responsibilities
You will contribute by implementing specialized care plans and acting as an innovator in patient care.

Your role will involve shaping exceptional patient experiences daily, utilizing your expertise alongside our advanced technology to directly influence patient health outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must possess a current state RN license and hold an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing institution.


Additional qualifications include:
  • Preferred two (2) years of nursing experience.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the capacity to work independently.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate actions.

Language Proficiency:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Department Overview
Our facility features 14 operating rooms, including:
  • 3 ENDO suites
  • 1 Cysto
  • 10 Sterile Suites

We utilize advanced robotic systems, including:
  • 2 Da Vinci XI robots
  • 1 ROSA ortho robot
  • 1 Cori Ortho Robot
  • 1 Mazor for Neuro only

We maintain a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
