Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installation teams and oversee the installation of water well pumps and related equipment
  • Install and service water treatment systems, including pumps, motors, and control systems
  • Conduct site assessments and develop installation plans to ensure efficient and safe installation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of installations
  • Ensure compliance with local and national codes and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of installations and repairs
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Plumbing foundation skills and experience with piping and wiring
  • Solid understanding of code compliance and ability to ensure installations meet local and national standards
  • Proficiency in supporting the installation of equipment and systems with minimal supervision
  • Ability to solder, install gas piping, and install water and drain waste and vent piping
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in well pump installation and repair
  • Certification in well pump installation and repair
  • Experience with a variety of well pump types and systems
  • Experience with water treatment systems and hydronic heating systems
Work Environment

This role requires working in various climate conditions, including indoor and outdoor environments. You will be required to work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined locations, with moderate noise levels. A typical workweek is 8-10 hours, 5 days a week, with occasional overtime required.
